The Casa Mediterráneo Consortium, with the aim of providing information about its activities that may be of interest to citizens, has created this “Transparency Portal,” centrally making available all the information subject to the obligation of active disclosure, as provided for in Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information, and good governance, along with other additional information considered of special relevance.
Notwithstanding the content of this Transparency Portal, some of the information included here also appears in other sections of this website according to its structure and organization.
Law 19/2013 also establishes the right of access to public information, its limits, and how it can be exercised. Within the Casa Mediterráneo Consortium, this right will be exercised through the relevant section within this portal.

Information Requests
Any individual or legal entity can request access to public information, in compliance with their right to access public information as set out in Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information, and good governance. This right guarantees the possibility to consult data and public information.
The right of access may be limited in the cases contemplated by the Law in its articles 14 and 15, including: National Security, Defense, Economic and Monetary Policy, for the protection of personal data, etc.
Why is Identification Necessary?
Exercising the Right of Access initiates an administrative procedure with the administration that requires the identification of the applicant.
